How Can We Have Our Own Home Made Wind Turbine
Few years later I was searching the net about wind generators so I could use one of them and save my family from high bills of electricity. Our home needed at least 1000w and premade wind generators that can produce that energy costs around $4000USD (few years ago). I could not invest such money, it was the beginning of global economy crisis, and I go through to have a homemade wind turbine. So I decided to built my own wind turbine.

What did we need to build a homemade wind turbine?
- 4 PVC pipes to use as propeller blades
- 40 foot tower
- Generator and Converter
- Copper wire
- Batteries
These 4 parts are the main parts we need for a homemade wind turbine. We can find pipes for propeller blades from any possible scrap yard in our neighborhood. A 40 foot tower also can be build by pipes jointed to each other. You can buy the generator, converter copper wire and batteries in your local hardware store or from online stores like eBay. At eBay you may find them in a better price so it is wise to check once online before going to your local hardware store.
After having all tools we need for a homemade wind turbine we also need something to guide us step by step how to bring all the pieces together. What helped to us was an e-book called Earth4Energy.
